We don’t limit our assessments of community needs to just the quantity of infrastructure required. We understand that quantity of provision is only part of the picture. We also assess: travel accessibility by a range of transport modes; physical condition and fitness for purpose; capacity, availability and utilisation; and the social value of services and facilities.
